For best results please follow these cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat conventional oven to the temperature called for in the recipe. Oven temperature should not exceed 400°F.

2. Shake 1 tablespoon of flour in bag to protect against bursting.

3. Use a pan that is at least 2" deep. Place food in bag and close within two inches of the food, using nylon ties enclosed.

4. Place pan on the rack in the oven. Bag should not touch sides or top of the oven.

5. Using a meat fork, poke six holes in top of bag.

6. Since food cooks in less time when using bag, place a cooking thermometer through bag into the thickest area of meat or poultry. Use the thermometer to determine when the food is fully cooked.

7. After food is cooked, remove pan from oven.

8. To open bag, carefully cut top of bag with scissors. Be careful of steam as you open the bag.

9. After 15-20 minutes remove food from bag with caution. Form a pouch with bag and transfer juices or gravy to saucepan.
